i have to make a confession. i have enjoyed and do enjoy the music of the dixie chicks. it's the first girl band where i was impressed that a chick could play the banjo. they sound good in three part harmony and it's just flat out fun. there. their new cd comes out on may 23. here's a link to a sneak preview and small interview promoting the new cd: amazon dixie chicks taking the long way.
