in what ways are you trying to eat locally this summer or do you have specific hopes on how to have a more local diet? or do you think this is a load of crap?

some of us are reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by barbara kingsolver and i can honestly say that i'm being inspired to become a locavore. starting today, i'm going to open my blog up for discussion of the book and eating locally. please feel free to comment and let me know if you'd like to facilitate any of the discussion. i look forward to our get together on august 11th.
